Spring Cleaning
Spring brings about feelings of renewal and freshness for many people. Starting fresh and resetting goals. Getting rid of unwanted material things, emotional baggage, and just beginning new again. Don’t you love it? The warmer weather, getting back outside and actually enjoy nature without feeling like you’re going to freeze by just opening your door?
With that comes SPRING CLEANING for many folks. And environmental toxins can put a real damper on life and your wellness. For me, I know I want to ensure I am using products that are not going to cause any negative reactions immediately, or later on down the road when I have forgotten I used that thing to clean that thing…
I have talked about environmental toxins before and how they can affect our fertility. So now let’s talk about what I personally use and recommend. I have been using Young Living products for four years now and became obsessed with them during our infertility journey. The Thieves line is so good for providing a healthy way to clean without the chemicals, but it also helps boost my immune system.
THIEVES ESSENTIAL OIL
Thieves essential oil blend was inspired by the legend of four 15th-century French thieves who formulated a special aromatic combination made of clove, rosemary, and other botanicals they used while robbing the dead and dying. This blend is highly antiviral and contains antiseptic properties due to the amazing oils combined together. It also combines the naturally derived constituents limonene, eugenol, and eucalyptol.
