
Easy, quick roasted whole chicken recipe. Fast for meal prep or a weeknight meal!
Preheat oven to 425
Remove giblets, rinse and pat chicken dry.
Mix ingredients in small bowl
Rub mixture all over chicken and under chicken skin
Put in oven for 20-25 minutes
Flip chicken halfway through and cook an additional 20-25 minutes
Check for doneness by checking internal temp to be 165 degrees. Juices should run clear also.
